About Us

Why The EverMom Collective?

We are redefining what it means to support moms.

01.
Our community centers on you as a person and how motherhood shapes who you are. We know you have kids, but they are not the focus.
02.
We are a hyper-local community, pooling resources on specific events, people, and places nearby that are best suited to you and your family's needs.
03.
Our subgroups allow members to connect with others who identify in similar ways and experience similar challenges in their motherhood journey.

Helping our members form genuine connections with others is our central focus.

How do we do that?

Daily reflection questions to engage with on your own or with the community.
Facilitated Conversation Circles to bring members of subgroups together in person.
Just for fun Moms' Time Out events to let loose and focus on having fun without your kids.

Meet Our Founders

The Moms Who Started It All

Annie and Lexi met in a new mom support group as pandemic moms. They both felt the loss of the support group when they couldn't attend anymore, either due to schedule conflicts with work or from their kids aging out at the age of 1. If you know Annie or Lexi, you know neither is shy; they quickly realized through meeting more and more moms with kids of all ages that moms need more support. They need to be seen. They need more resources. They need some time for themselves.
...So they rolled up their sleeves and founded the EverMom Collective.

Annie Kushner

Annie is a pandemic mom twice over with her daughter, Remi, and son, Makai, being just 16.5 months apart. Motherhood has rekindled her love of dramatic voices during story time, making up silly lyrics to the Cocomelon tunes that are always in her head, getting out of the house just to get out of the house, and the sound of pure, uninterrupted silence. She is lucky and proud to have an amazing husband, Calin, and will be the first to tell you that parenting takes a partnership through all types of new, unanticipated challenges. This fall, she will be returning to school after nearly two decades to pursue her second masters in Marriage and Family Therapy at USF. She has been a Realtor in St. Pete for the past 6 years and was a Biology teacher in the south Bronx for 10 years prior to that.

Lexi Floyd-Nye

Lexi is a boy mom to 3-year-old Harrison and 1-year-old Channing. She is married to her loving and supportive wife, Tonya, and is proud to call St. Pete home.
A nurturer by nature, Lexi has the gift of bringing people together and creating safe spaces to share their truest and authentic selves. When she's not chasing her toddlers, you can find her grabbing coffee with a friend, sitting in the front row of a local comedy show, sneaking away to eat something sweet, or escaping the noise to lounge with her cat. Her professional background includes a degree in Communications from the University of South Carolina Upstate, with careers ranging from public relations in corporate America to marketing in non-profits. Most recently, she founded Luna Marketing and Consulting. Although she's had many titles, her favorite is Mom and all the joy and obstacles that come with it. She firmly believes that children are our best teachers and appreciates her sons' reminders to be silly and have fun. Living room dance party, anyone?!
Lexi knows firsthand the challenges of raising a family in today's world, especially in a non-traditional family setting. Her life experiences fuel her aspiration to advocate for moms in today's world, especially for LGBTQ+ and non-traditional families.
